We’re so glad for your interest in participation in our programming. Please complete the steps below to help us move forward with enrollment into our program when a spot becomes available!

Please feel free to schedule a call with out Program Coordinator with any questions you may have. This step is optional. If you are ready to continue with paperwork this step can be skipped.

Participant Application
Need-Based Scholarship Form-This is an optional form that participant families may choose to fill out to help with costs of programming. Please note that this form is updated annually. If you do not have a spot offered this year, you will need to fill out again in the future.
Forms are due 24hrs before Discovery Session or session will be cancelled.

Schedule a Discovery Session to meet instructor/therapist and see the barn before your first scheduled session.
At the end of Discovery Session we will review what program is best suited for the participant. There will also be a review of availablity for both Hilltop Horizons and the Participant.
If there is not a spot that works for both availabilities, the Discovery Session is valid for one year. Participant will be placed above those on the inquiry list for a spot.
