Need-Based Scholarship Request

This application is intended for participants seeking additional scholarship funding for programming at Hilltop Horizons. All applications must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the start of the next program session to be considered for scholarship assistance. Scholarships are not guaranteed. The number of scholarships we can award each session is directly tied to the amount of funding available through our scholarship fund. The amount available may vary. This application is confidential. Information submitted will only be shared with people directly responsible for scholarship decisions. Applications are valid through the end of each year and must be renewed for each new program year.
